At MCM House, we strive for complete satisfaction with our curated collections; however, we offer a flexible return policy for items that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are excluded from our standard return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original MCM House packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect larger furniture pieces or provide a shipping label for smaller homewares.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt and quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any initial or return shipping fees.
